Our Chefs have curated a new culinary offering on K’gari, drawing on unique flavours and influences from Australia, Asia and the Pacific. Adopting a shared platter concept using the finest produce from Queensland and select regions of Australia, dishes are designed to be mixed, matched and savoured by guests, complemented by a selection of small plates and sides. Menus vary from lunch to dinner.

Set in a bush-covered sand nook, just a stone’s throw from the water, the Sand Bar provides casual poolside dining, noon and night. Enjoy one of the Sand Bar’s spacious decks and catch glimpses of the Great Sandy Strait. The Sand Bar's made-to-order pizza and bistro menu offers the classics, with mouth-watering burgers, gourmet salads and delicious mains! There’s something for everyone to savour!

Enjoy a refreshing cocktail, glass of bubbles, or an icy cold beer, and nibble on a cheese or prawn platter as the sun sets over the horizon. Previously known as the Seabelle Lounge, this newly-renovated space is adjacent to Seabelle Restaurant, within the resort's main Centre Complex. Serving up an array of modern, island-inspired cocktails with bush tucker fusions, this specially curated menu will be sure to tantalise your tastebuds. Featuring a high-top bar seating it’s the perfect location for an exclusive pre-dinner beverage.

Start your day with an espresso coffee from the Maheno Bar before heading to the Sand & Wood breakfast buffet. Serving coffee, cold beverages and light pastries daily. The Maheno Bar is the main bar of the resort's Centre Complex and is adjacent to Sand & Wood Restaurant.

Resort Chefs are able to craft a range of meal options, set food and beverage packages, canapes, BBQs, breakfast packs, themed events and picnic options for groups that aren't on the regular restaurant menu. We pride ourselves on our versatility and can work with you to design themed menus or manage the logistics of eating or holding a special event at one of Fraser Island's iconic beauty spots.
